About the Conference
This year’s conference will bring together grassroots organizers, legal advocates, scientists, public health experts, and community members from across the country who are confronting some of our most significant environmental injustices.
We will have five panels that day with an emphasis on hearing from impacted communities and how they are organizing, pivoting, and managing resources during a time that is extraordinarily difficult for Black, Brown, and Indigenous communities. Check out the program page to learn more!

Parking Near the School of Law
There are several paid parking options within walking distance of Scott Hall, including metered street parking, surface parking lots, and downtown parking garages.
For attendees who prefer off-street parking, paid public parking lots and garages are available throughout the blocks surrounding Tucker Boulevard, Pine Street, Market Street, and the nearby downtown area.
Please note: The SLU School of Law is located at the University's downtown campus, not SLU's main Midtown campus on Grand Boulevard. When using GPS, enter 100 N. Tucker Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63101.
Metered Street Parking & ParkMobile
Metered street parking is available throughout Downtown St. Louis. The City of St. Louis uses ParkMobile at participating metered spaces, allowing you to pay for parking directly from your phone.
We strongly encourage attendees who plan to use street parking to download and set up the ParkMobile app before conference day.
How to Download & Set Up ParkMobile
Download the ParkMobile app for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Create an account using your email address.
Add your vehicle information, including your license plate number.
Add your preferred payment method.
Once parked, look for the ParkMobile sign or sticker near your parking space.
Open the app and enter the zone number shown on the sign.
If prompted, enter the number assigned to your individual parking space.
Select your parking duration, confirm your vehicle and payment information, and tap Start Parking.
Important: Always use the zone number posted at the location where you actually park. Zone numbers vary throughout Downtown St. Louis.
ParkMobile can also send a notification before your parking session expires. Depending on the rules for your particular space, you may be able to extend your parking session through the app without returning to your vehicle.
Don't Have the App?
ParkMobile also offers a mobile web option, and instructions for paying by phone are posted on participating ParkMobile signs. Attendees using street parking should carefully follow the instructions posted at their specific parking location.
Parking Tips for Conference Attendees
Arrive early. Registration begins in the morning, and downtown parking availability can vary.
Double-check your license plate number before starting a ParkMobile session.
Read all posted parking signs for time limits, restrictions, and enforcement information.
If you expect to remain parked for the entire conference, consider using a nearby paid parking lot or garage rather than a short-term metered street space.
Do not rely solely on the ParkMobile map. Confirm the zone number on the sign where you park before submitting payment.
Parking fees are the responsibility of individual attendees unless otherwise communicated by Equity Legal Services.
